Continuing with the tradition of supporting social cause, Mumbai based Atulya Group, lead by its Founder Chairman Shri Mahadeo Jadhav, has added one more feather to its cap. It has designed & developed a unique self reliance plan – first of its kind - for Shree Radhanpur Khodadhor Panjrapole Sanstha, Radhanpur, Gujrat. This is a 209 years old Charity Organization dedicated to taking care of old and stray cattle. The Organization so far, has been operating solely on donations.
According to Shri Jadhav, Atulya Group has taken an innovative step in helping charitable organization with vast unused land to mobilize it to make sanstha self-sufficient & sustainable”.
Shri Sanjiv Masalia (Group Advisor) says - “Our initiative is the first role model for all Pranjarapole in India. The project has been structured in such a way that sanstha will be less dependent on government grants or donations and will ultimately become self-reliant”,
Atulya group has initially taken over 25 acres of land from the vast land holding of the Sanstha on lease term and will start cultivating Maize crop in it. The unutilized part & waste from the maize will be used as a fodder for the cattle.
This initiative highlights Atulya Group & Sanstha’s concern and commitment for the welfare of animals and is an act of “Jeevdaya”& “Gauseva”. It will certainly become a role-model for others to follow. The planning of the project was meticulously done by Mr. Jadhav and Mr. Sanjiv Masalia and all the trustees of Shree Radhanpur Khodadhor Panjrapole Sanstha, Shri. Himanshu Kothari & Shri. Vasant Zota & trust convener Shri. Pradip Vakharia.
As a commitment to social welfare, Atulya group has been providing remarkable support for the upliftment of women who are below the poverty line and farmers who are suffering from drought and debt.
